In That's '70s Show,when they're all sitting around in a circle,are they supposed to be high?

In That's '70s Show,when they're all sitting around in a circle and
the camera goes from person to person,are they supposed to be high? I
always thought that they acted high during that part in each
episode,but I never knew for sure. Anyone have the right answer?
